Love this place. Great place for drinks & snacks.. I love their boba , food, and drinks. Although the wait times can be very long & overly packed at this location. Don't expect any waiting areas unless you're ready to stand outside the business. The interior is okay, very small.

An absolute hidden gem in LBC and one of the BEST boba/food places! My go to is either the milk teas or the caramel boba, and it is consistently always so good. Miley has been working here for ages and is always so friendly. My go to when I want something fast and delicious. Highly recommend!

Favorite bahn mi spot in LBC! LOOOVE their egg rolls -- they are always perfectly crunchy and flavor never fails. My go to is egg bahn mi with popcorn chicken! They also have bomb vermicelli plates and so many other options. I always call ahead for my order because it's small place and idk how busy they are before I get there. Cashier is always friendly and prices are affordable here IMO

I have been going to this place for about a decade now and it has been consistently good and affordable since. We usually get 2 boba drinks and 2 BBQ Banh Mis, and they never miss! The service is always friendly here, too.

Favorite boba flavor Jasmine Honey Milk Tea! Personally I ask for 25% or 50% sweet with MINI BOBA always. Best quality/ favor of boba in Westside Long Beach. House Fried Rice is a must. It's small location, so it's best for take-out. Also, they're really fast in completing your order Boba Tea House if you're reading this.. I'm a regular, Could you please consider carrying Lavender and Rose flavors?

Yes to the bahn mi sandwich. Yes to the boba drinks. Yes to the shrimp fried rice. Yes to the lumpias even tho they're .75 a piece. Just take my money! Only complaint is the parking space. Always crowded but with many amazing places in and near this plaza it can't be helped

Another typical day for some Banh Mi and drink. I passed by this place several times traveling on Willow St, catching the 710 fwy. Today is the day to give them a try. Im surprised to see how busy it is on Sunday at noon. While waiting, I decided to browse the menu. I admit, many convincing choices like the Pho, Fried Rice, etc... but banh mi is the pick. Inside is pretty small, I mean compact. Only fit about 2 - 5 customers if standing along the window. Otherwise, exterior out you go 4/5. Nothing fancy, maybe interior decor would be nice. Customer service experience was great 5/5. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Drink: 1. Vietnamese Ice Coffee W/ Boba $5.50 Sandwich: 1. Special Banh Mi Sandwich $5 Side Order: 1. 4x Chicken/Shrimp Eggrolls $0.75 each 1. Spicy Fish Balls x10 pcs $5 Im impressed with the sandwich. They definitely made it right. Wasn't plain. Every bite, you are literally enjoying it. Soft, crispy, and warm 5/5. Fresh is in the name. The Eggrolls were delicious. The combo flavor was tender and flavorful 5/5. Trying the fish balls was something new for experience. They had spicy, and I'm a huge fan of spice. OMG, they were good 5/5. Be warn, if you can't tolerate spicy food, I suggest getting it plain. The spicy level is pretty much 8/10. The Vietnamese Ice Coffee and with boba was something I dont do often. I guess I'm feeling lucky. It was good. Good mixed with the condensed milk 5/5. This place is unique in their own way. It's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Keep in mind that share parking space so it can get full fast since there's 2 other restaurants in that plaza 4/5. They have street parking, which helps. Please share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!
